6. Stock is already in new high territory and could go into orbit after iPhone5 and rumoured TV launch
7. 'What after Jobs?' apprehensions laid to rest after blockbuster Dec'11 quarter
8. Mac computers are now in higher sales trajectory according to new figures.
8. iPhone and iPad now increasingly being adopted into the 'enterprise' market and Apple may just have to make some 'nudging' efforts to swamp corporate America with its range of products.

Apple have addressed this issue in their typical efficient style. The company announced on 14-02-2012 that at it's request the Fair Labor Association will conduct special voluntary audits of the company’s assembly plants at China, including those of Foxconn. According to the press release, “the FLA will interview thousands of employees about working and living conditions including health and safety, compensation, working hours and communication with management. The FLA’s team will inspect manufacturing areas, dormitories and other facilities, and will conduct an extensive review of documents related to procedures at all stages of employment.” An FLA team began inspection of the Foxconn City facility in China that same day.
